37 hours a week (8:00 - 4:30 pm or 9:00- 5:30 pm - Monday to Friday )

**Role Overview**:
As part of a team, your role will be to work within a high quality, accurate and effective procurement & logistics team. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Processing hardware orders with our approved suppliers listing.
- Checking orders for accuracy and ensuring free from errors
- Assisting sales in supplier quotations
- Sourcing ad-hoc equipment, and specialist one off orders
- Managing company credit card spend and expenses submissions for purchasing.
- Organizing asset collections from customers, and arranging all background logistics for company asset movement and management
- Assisting with maintaining approved supplier listing
- Providing logistics & warehouse cover, ensuring correct manual handling is used, helping the team when needed.
- Ensuring clear communication with all internal contacts
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by your line manager.

A highly motivated individual with keen ability to learn, with a positive personality and tenacity.

This role is ideal for a motivated person who can also think outside of the box.
- Excellent attention to detail for all data entry and actions
- Keen aptitude to learning.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solving skills and outwards thinking.
- Good IT Skills, proficient in the use of Excel is a must.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
- Forklift licence would also be an advantage.
