If you are passionate about working in a service where you can support and develop frontline workers to enhance their pratices and improve service quality, you could be just the practitioner we are looking for.. You will need to be experienced in substance misuse and mental health and have the ability to create rapport quickly with both clients and professionals. You will take a lead in supporting and upskilling recovery workers, offering coaching and development around working with people with co-occurring needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team, who offer a flexible and person centred support to those who need it most.
