Trainee Administration Assistant

Established in 1996 and based in Weeley Heath, Essex, The Albion Bath Co manufactures high quality, handmade bath tubs and bathroom furniture.
We are a small, friendly, hardworking team looking for a full-time trainee Administration Assistant to fit in with us and learn the ropes.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Self-motivated & able to work as part of a small close-knit team
- Good MS Office skills
- Data inputting skills
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude
- Organised
The job role will include but is not limited to the below tasks:
- Raising & chasing purchase orders for consumables & customer orders
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- Managing staff expenses
- Organising and maintaining customer database
- General filing & archiving as required
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Booking despatches / deliveries both in UK and overseas.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
If you are hardworking, motivated and have a willingness to learn new skills then you could excel in this role. The office is based in a rural location, so your own transport is essential with plenty of free onsite parking available.
The role is offered on a permanent 40 hour per week contract basis.
**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
