**Commercial Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and management of commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and contract terms.
- Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any potential logistics issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the commercial team regarding sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support the negotiation and renewal of contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate department for assistance.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing and promotional activities to support the sales team's efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Commercial Administrator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with commercial and sales processes is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
