Beatport’s Producer Group (encompassing Loopmasters, Loopcloud & Plugin Boutique), a leading provider of music software and royalty-free sounds, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator at our offices in Brighton or Farringdon, London or UK remote.

**As Customer Care Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Gathering and reporting user feedback for further analysis and improvement.
- Developing and working collaboratively on articles for the Help Centre, aiming to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- Maintaining flexible working hours, including some weekend coverage if required.
- Participating in weekly team meetings to share insights and contribute to team objectives.

**As Customer Care Coordinator you will have**:

- Music production/music technology experience.
- Experience using a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation).
- Excellent computer skills with experience using both Mac and Windows systems.
- Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in a technical support or music-related industry.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ownership and dedication to achieving results.
- Proactive learning ability.
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoyment of both team collaboration and independent work.
