As part of the MNR expansion this service will grow to incorporate 24-hour service over 7 days including shifts for days, nights and weekends

We expect you to be caring, enthusiastic and well motivated. You’ll need to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. You’ll also manage to demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Trust’s “We are here for you” behavioural standards.

To liaise with other Receptionists to ensure a continuity of service.

To meet and greet all callers to the neonatal unit personally or by phone in accordance with the Trust’s values, beliefs and behaviours.

To facilitate the access of patients and visitors to and from the neonatal unit using the security doors.

To ensure that visitors receive accurate directions to where their relatives are located on the ward.

Please see job description.
