Are you a diligent finance professional with a passion for precision and a curiosity about numbers? We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of our Group Expense Management team, responsible for managing transactional queries, data management, journal posting, and transactional data reporting.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Responsible for allocating and recharging property costs to various location accounts and internal Business Divisions.
- Support monthly balance sheet reconciliation controls and maintain budget trackers for SJP.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the department's internal reporting using Power BI.
- Ensure accurate accounting of actuals, forecasts, and budgets for various expense types.
- Address and resolve Field Management Team's inquiries related to meeting and travel expenses.
- Post regular monthly journals for low-value, high-volume transactions.

- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to performing tasks with precision.
- Experience in processing financial transactions or a strong understanding of such processes.
- Proficiency in identifying data errors, trends, and potential business issues they may reveal.
- Effective and clear communication skills at all levels and the ability to provide professional and timely solutions to queries.
- While finance qualifications are not required, we provide comprehensive training; all you need is a passion for working with numbers
