Part Time Administrator

Our client, a busy Antique, Collectables and House Clearance Company based in Wishaw, are looking to recruit an Administrator / PA to provide support on a part time basis. This position offers remote working on a part time basis, ideally 16 - 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
Duties will include the following:
- Taking telephone calls from prospective clients, arranging call backs and dealing with general enquiries.
- Booking appointments for quotations/clearances and diary management
- Processing and paying invoices/creating sales invoices for work undertaken
- Purchasing items as required.
- Social media advertising/posting
- Ad-hoc administration duties.
- A positive and pro-active approach
- A high level of computer literacy
- Experience of social media would be ideal
Hours and Salary:
- The role is initially temporary for 3 months.
- Hours - Ideally 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday
- Salary: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour
