Customer Service Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer support efforts. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
**Duties**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Identify and assess customers' needs to provide accurate and effective solutions
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Empathy and the ability to remain patient and composed under pressure
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
**Salary**: From £24,652.38 per year
