A global Professional Services firm are looking for an interim **Change Communications Manager** on an **Outside IR35 basis**, to lead the change communications activities on a major IT transformation programme

This is a key role to ensure the delivery of effective and engaging communications for all stakeholders, with a focus on the communications strategy and approach.

**Role: Change Communications Manager**

**Day Rate: £500-£520pd outside IR35**

**Duration: 6 months initially**

**Location: 2-3 days a week in a West London Office**

**To be successful in this role you will need to have**:

- Demonstrable experience managing multiple and complex change communications projects.
- The ability to adapt communication style to cater for a vast stakeholder audience, with experience utilising a range of channels and methods of delivery.
- A proven track record of managing and influencing teams through the use of strong leadership skills.
- The ability to demonstrate how to use a change network strategy to achieve engagement through inspiring colleagues and stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience of working on major technical transformatio0n programmes

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Develop and deliver the communications strategy for both stakeholders and employees, managing both internal and external communications channels to ensure that the correct information is given in a timely manner.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications to deliver continuous improvement in comms and engagement.
- Work closely with the team to deliver engaging and informative campaigns to obtain buy in from colleagues and stakeholders alike.
- Integrate the overall communications strategy approach into the overall Finance Transformation Change Programme.

This is an**initial 6 month contract Outside IR35**, with some presence needed in their **West London office**.
