This is an incredible opportunity for a Change & Communications specialist to join one of Europe’s largest media & entertainment groups. This company is most known by its media brands across radio, magazines and TV - a big recognisable brand name with a global footprint. In total, they are a team of more than 140,00 employees across Europe, Asia, Australasia and the US. The Change & Communications Executive will report into a Change Communications Lead, support on comms content for the global roll out of a huge digital transformation project. This is a one Fixed Term Contract with scope to grow into a longer term role.

**The Change & Communications Executive role**:
This is an extremely fast-paced, project-based role, working closely with PCC (people change & communications) specialists, but also working closely with the brand’s global comms team. The Change & Communications Executive will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally across global territories to deliver on this multi-million-pound change project. This is very much a support role, but you’ll need strong technical, organisational, communications skills, particularly in the area of content development. And you’ll be an excellent project manager, able to juggle multiple projects on different timelines simultaneously. Day to day role will include:

- Attending multiple meetings with different teams daily (town halls, catch ups, feedback meetings, workshops, training)
- Taking key actions from the meeting and being able to distill this into information for other stakeholder groups
- Senior level stakeholder management - reporting back on activity and managing expectations
- Project management daily, checking on outstanding items, managing timelines
- Gathering feedback for insights and key learnings and presenting that back to senior stakeholders

**What the ideal Change & Communications Executive will look like**:

- A change communications specialist currently
- MUST have experience working big investment IT projects
- Must be a content wizz with demonstrable examples of experience
- Exceptional communicator, particularly with internal teams and senior stakeholders
- MUST be from an in-house background
- MUST enjoy and be comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment
