My client, a London and south east housing provider, seek an experienced HR Manager to start an ongoing temp booking asap.

Job Purpose and Background
The HR Manager is a pivotal role within my clients structure, managing a team of HR Advisors and Officers,
who are the main point of contact for managers. As the HR Manager, you will support the Head of HR in
ensuring the team deliver a high quality, proactive and professional HR service to the Care and Support
directorate.

Principle Outputs & Responsibilities
- To manage, develop, and coach a team of HR Advisors and Officers to ensure they deliver a high quality, professional HR service.
- To track, monitor and evaluate all ER casework across the Care and Support directorate to ensure
cases are being managed in a timely and effective manner.
- To advise on complex employee relations cases, including at dismissal or appeal stages, any
Employment Tribunal cases, change management and TUPE transfers.
- To analyse key HR data to identify issues, patterns, trends and solutions that inform HR priorities for
the business.
- To proactively identify and implement service improvements to ensure we are delivering the best
quality HR service.
- To develop the capability and confidence of managers through enabling self-serve, coaching and
training.
- To provide senior HR expertise to support the wider HR team with complex pay or system queries
and processes.

Hybrid - 2 x day Camden officer

36 hour week Mon to Fri
