**About the role**

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our friendly and supportive team as a Student Welfare Officer at University College Isle of Man.

You will provide welfare support as part of a whole-college approach to holistic and inclusive support for students which encourages personal development, empowerment, resilience and student engagement alongside academic progression, achievement and employability. You will also have a lead role in relation to safeguarding, pastoral support and advocacy, and will provide limited staff welfare support.
