**Customer Service Executive - Pentland Land Rover Edinburgh**
Full time 5 Day working week 1:2 weekends

**The Role**
As a Customer Service Executive, you will share your passion for new products and technology while delivering the best customer experience. You will play a key role within the dealership, becoming recognised as an expert who is proud to be the face of our brands. You will enhance the customer experience by sharing your knowledge of products/technologies. It’s not a ‘sales’ role - instead, you’ll work with the customer to help them to understand more about the vehicles they are interested in.
You will be part of a busy, talented, driven team where you will have the opportunity to take control of your future and career. This role is the main driving force for the success of our company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
**What you will be doing within the Customer Service Executive** role**:
- Providing a welcoming first point of contact for customers, whether that’s in the showroom or responding to digital enquiries.
- Promoting the brand products and technologies, sharing information, features and benefits in a friendly and easy to understand way
- Preparing bespoke videos for customers on available cars.
- Supporting our customers and sales team in their use of our vehicle’s features
- Swotting up on our vehicles and manufacturers plus keeping your finger on the pulse with any industry change
- Accompanying the customer on their first vehicle experience drive
- Supporting the Sales team in offering a professional and friendly hand-over of the vehicle once purchased
- Taking photographs, where required, of available cars to support advertising
- Supporting social media postings with informative hints and tips
**Customer Service Executive** **required experience - If you’ve got it, we want it**
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail environment. It will be beneficial if you have a background in delivering exceptional customer care in a performance driven environment.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service aligned with brand and group standards.
You don’t need to be a current brand expert but an appetite to learn will be supported be our award winning in-house training to allow you to develop and become our expert.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy meeting people and working a highly successful and motivated team. You will require a Full UK Driving Licence.
