**About us**:
Within Student Support and Wellbeing, the Study Abroad team is responsible for the delivery of a programme of opportunities for students to gain global experience as part of their UCL studies. The team work to promote global student mobility across the institution, providing a range of services for students considering, preparing for, or undertaking, an international placement. This is a unique opportunity to join our vibrant and hard-working team at the heart of UCL’s busy student-facing support service.

**About the role**:
As International Partnerships Coordinator, you will be part of a high-achieving and dynamic team responsible for the delivery and success of all aspects of UCL’s outbound study abroad activities, contributing to the development of semester, year-long and short-term global opportunities. You will work closely alongside UCL’s other International Partnerships Coordinator.

You will act as the lead point of contact for UCL faculties and departments to manage your portfolio of international partnerships and new study abroad programmes, becoming a reliable source of knowledge and expertise on student exchanges for the UCL community.

You will be responsible for creating new exchange agreements, renewing existing agreements, expanding existing agreements and terminating agreements, with the view of including any applicable regulatory changes.

This role is being made available on a job share basis, at two days (14.6 hours) per week.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will have experience of working with partner institutions within international HE and will be adept at managing complex projects autonomously. With experience of influencing colleagues to achieve business objectives, you will have demonstrable success in contributing to the outcomes of a high-performing team.

You will have outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, combined with excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills. Demonstrable experience of managing international student exchange partnerships, including negotiation of agreements, would be advantageous.
