**A bit about Timetabling & Examinations**

The Timetabling & Examinations team is a busy team whose core focus and responsibility is the management and delivery of the academic timetable and the arrangement and co-ordination of examinations for the University.

We are looking to recruit a Timetabling Assistant (exams) to replace a leaver on a permanent contract. The post will be supporting both the business-as-usual work with examinations as a focus alongside opportunities to support project/continuous improvement activity.

**So, what will the role involve?**

Your priority will be to work closely with our Timetabling Officer for exams to support the coordination and logistics of on campus examinations.

We are looking for motivated team players with strong customer service skills, focused on providing an excellent student experience. You will be experienced in balancing several different priorities, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and a desire to support improvements to service delivery.
