**The Role**
- Writing & posting job adverts
- Application Screening
- Arranging interview with Hiring Managers
- General recruitment administration
- Obtaining both written and verbal references
- Supporting the wider team as necessary with other projects or responsibilities.
- Carry out any other necessary duties as requested.
**The Individual**
- Previous administrative experience within recruitment.
- Fully competent on Microsoft Office.
- A confident and friendly communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Positive, flexible attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work seamlessly with various teams and managers.
