**Liberty HR Recruitment **is excited to be working exclusively with a leading provider in the search for a **permanent, full-time HR Administrator** to join their busy and large team, based in Chichester.
Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will ensure that the administration relating to HR activities are undertaken and support the recruitment of the company.
**In this varied role, you will be involved with performing a range of tasks, such as;**
- Liaising with managers on their recruitment needs
- Advertising roles
- Producing contracts, creating offer letters and formulating starter packs
- Ensuring HR related documentation is obtained and processed
- Work with the Payroll Team on new starters
- Updating and maintaining employee data on the HR system
- Responding to general HR queries
**As a person, you will;**
- Be CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent
- Able to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
- IT literate
- High attention to detail
- Able to communicate in a professional manner at all times
In return our client is paying **up to £22,800, (DOE)**, with some fantastic benefits, including;
24 days holiday, (plus 8 days bank holidays) and 3 days given during Xmas shut down
You will also have the ability to buy up to 10 extra days
After training you can work from home 2 days a week
