Brook Street are currently recruiting for Administrator's x 2 Based working for a government Client.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic people to support our Land & Water and Asset Performance teams contributing to a cleaner and healthier environment for wildlife and people in Wessex.
This is a full time role working 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
at our Bridgwater Office.
Rate of pay is £10.27 per hour
The assignment will be until 1st July 2023
Main duties include:
Be a point of contact for the teams and customers.
Organising internal and external meetings.
Prepare and manage correspondence and documents
Maintain of calendars
Collating Information
Minute taking of meetings.
Skills & experience required:
well organised, works in a professional manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will need to be thorough with good attention to detail.
The ability to manage your own workloads to prioritise competing demands.
This Role is great for anyone with basic administration experience but will learn quickly.
