We commenced business in 2010 and are now looking to expand our staff. We offer a position for an energetic **Sales & Purchasing Coordinator**, who will help us shape the future of the company.

You will be hands on, personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. You must be willing to learn, show initiative, work independently but also be a positive team-player. You can be starting your career or already have several years’ experience in a similar capacity.

**Initial responsibilities**
- general office administration
- prepare, send and follow-up on quotes using CRM and accounting software
- purchasing and checking orders with suppliers
- manage stock levels and production schedule
- arrange and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

**Your background**

Essential
- Experience in general business administration, sales support, purchasing, CRM systems, as well as customer relationship management
- Good English writing and speaking skills (an additional European language would be a plus)
- Confidence on the phone and a good speaking voice
- Good educational standards
- Proficiency in the use of the Internet, MS Word and Excel

Desirable
- Good to excellent customer handling skills
- A background or interest in technology, but not necessarily in lighting
- Experience in marketing-related tasks (for example search engine marketing, social media, PR, content creation, website design, writing case studies)
