Train’d Up, a national training provider are seeking to recruit a ‘Digital Designer’ (21 hours per week), with the option of office based or working from home (or a mix of both). The salary for this position is up to £35,000 per annum pro rata.

To implement and further develop Train’d Up’s hybrid learning strategy, an exciting new opportunity has arisen to appoint a Digital Designer to work with our curriculum and business development teams in the development of digital learning and marketing materials.

The primary role of the post holder is to design and implement engaging and contemporary online learning resources. Working alongside colleagues from Train’d Up’s delivery teams, the post holder will design visually appealing content to appeal to a range of age groups from 16 years plus. You must be an excellent team worker, with a creative mindset and passion for digital learning / design, who can hit the ground running. It is your chance to be at the forefront of designing high quality resources to meet the growing digital needs of industry.

In addition, the Digital Designer will lead on the development and design of a company e-newsletter and range e-marketing resources.

The successful applicant should have excellent skills in graphic design and a very high standard of Maths and English.

**The Role**

To design high-quality teaching resources, design and develop and update e-marketing resources.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and design learning resources
- Create a learning flow, visual storyboards, and assessments
- Update and create marketing materials and brochures (mainly in a PDF format)
- Design interactive, immersive, and effective learning experiences, design frameworks for the next generation of experiential learning using a range of authoring tools, Articulate and Adobe 360
- Research and design bespoke learning solutions promptly using a blended approach. Including digital and eLearning, webinars, video, virtual and classroom workshops, using a variety of complementary and alternative techniques, which are aligned with business objectives
- Test and quality assure all eLearning products.
- Manage, interpret, and utilise data in the Learning Management Systems to further, enhance our learning provision and the learning transfer

**Person Specification**

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous project experience in developing eLearning and other digital learning resources, or equivalent knowledge gained through a relevant degree
- Experience in using industry authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite - specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
- Good level of IT knowledge and the ability to adapt to using new software and Systems
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of the latest digital learning technologies

**Essential**:

- A proven track record in creating eLearning and digital content
- Self-reliant and able to manage own workload with excellent organisational and project planning skills
- Experience in using a range of authoring tools i.e., Articulate and Adobe 360 to build eLearning solutions
