Lettings Tenancy Signings Administrator

As the local property market leader, we’re seeking a Lettings Tenancy Signings Administrator to join the team at our Albany Road, Roath branch. This is a permanent position and can be either full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours per week), depending on your needs. It’s ideal for individuals with aspirations of forging a career within property, such as graduates, or those who may be looking to combine work with caring for dependants.
No experience is required for this role; just enthusiasm and drive to succeed, along with commitment to hard work. We will provide full support and training.

- Great telephone manner and communication skills.
**The job**
Your primary duties would include;
- Referencing checks on prospective tenants in order to ensure they are suitable contract-holders for the property.
- Conduct signings of written statements of occupation contracts, including taking receipt of deposits and rent in advance.
