Pay rate: £11.34 - £21.11 per hour

Hours and Days: You must be fully flexible for shifts varying between the hours of 0500am and 0200am

We pay for your training You will receive customer service training, provided by experienced railway trainers. You will also have a dedicated member of our staff to work closely with you throughout your career with us.

What does a train dispatcher do?
- Work alongside the dispatch team in making sure that trains depart from the station safely and on time.
- Always provide an impeccable customer service experience to customers and passengers.
- Be the face of the company by wearing the correct uniform and ID always.
- Carry out Bus Liaison duties during engineering works.
- Ensure that the safety of others and the area around them is clear from obstruction.
- Report any anti-social behaviour with little disruption to other passengers as per the Railway Byelaws.

Essential Requirements
- You must hold valid ID to work in the UK and have a full national insurance number.
- You will be required to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- You must be outgoing, confident and be able to make station announcements

**ALL OUR ROLES ARE BASED WORKING IN A RAILWAY ENVIRONMENT, THESE ARE CLASSED AS 'SAFETY CRITICAL' THEREFORE YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE AND ABLE TO DO SO.**
