Sonomatic are looking for an experienced Quality Administrator to join the team in Aberdeen on a 6 month fixed term contract.
**Scope**:
- Reporting to the UK QHSE Manager
- In conjunction with key stakeholders, redraft existing policies, procedures and other associated documents into the new standardised IMS format
- Ensure revised policies and procedures are correctly uploaded into the new IMS system
**Key Requirements**:
- A minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong administration and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
