North Wales Aesthetics Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a part time, administrator, receptionist and general assistant for immediate start to join our busy clinic. You are required to work up to 10pm.

Even though you will focus on reception and admin duties within the clinic, you must also be flexible and able to assist the practice staff with ad hoc tasks. You may need to assist in the clinic rooms throughout the day and manage the treatment rooms to ensure that they are ready to receive patients.

Previous experience of working in a medical environment is not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. Depending on your skills, there is opportunity for promotion and to take on other roles within the business.

**Main Tasks**
- Triage patients on arrival to the clinic
- Answering general enquiries and taking messages, ensuring enquiries from patients are handled efficiently and courteously with tact and diplomacy
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Assisting with infection prevention and control and covid secure measures that are in place
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Taking clients payments and make bill payment
- Be an asset and have a can-do attitude to assist throughout the clinic where required to ensure the smooth running of the shifts
- Explaining surgery procedures to clients and visitors
- Work in accordance with written protocols
- Be proactive, be excellent at multi-tasking, can show initiative and think outside the box
- Make sure that the reception, waiting rooms and facilities are always kept clean and tidy
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the company policies and the law, to ensure the highest level of service is delivered to patients, visitors and staff alike
- Representing the company in an appropriate manner

**Working hours**

10 to 26 hours per week to suit the business. Work hours are negotiable. The practice is open from Monday to Friday and your shift pattern will be 1 to 3 days per week on a rota between the hours of 9am to 10pm to suit the business.
