Training, Planning and Logistics (TPL) Administrator

**Location**: HQ in Northallerton, with the opportunity for hybrid working.

**Salary**: Scale 2/3

**Contract**:Permanent

**Hours**: Full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an Administrator to join the Learning and Development team where you will be part of a team responsible for delivering high quality, credible and timely transactional support services covering but not limited to administration, customer advice and support.

As TPL Administrator you will deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate real value to front line services through data and results. In addition, you will be expected to contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, to ensure interdependencies across Learning and Development are aligned and exemplify the NYP values.

**Man responsibilities**:

- Effective delivery of a high quality, accurate and timely service including, but not limited to, the efficient administration of Learning and Development systems and supporting the preparation of information relating to meetings and conferences, in line with day-to-day business requirements and operational need with NYP.
- Build and develop effective working relationships with colleagues across the business areas to ensure delivery of an efficient service within your boundaries of responsibility.
- To understand key procedures and processes in order to promote good practice, resolving queries where appropriate and signposting to appropriate information sources.
- Ensure timely and accurate systems input and file updating to support business requirements.
- Produce management information as required highlighting any patterns/trends to target focus for action.
- Monitor any data input, deadlines and document returns within the agreed SLAs to ensure maximum efficiency and continuous improvement.
- To liaise with the external agencies as required and to assist with the co-ordination of events across NYP.

**Key skills**

To be successful you will:

- Be able to organise with strong administrative experience and excellent IT skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Office packages such as but not restricted to: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a diverse customer group across a variety of platforms
- Demonstrate a flexible problem-solving approach to customer enquiries and constant changing demands whist treating individuals’ sensitivity.
- Have a key attention to detail and the ability to plan workload effectively with “right first time” accuracy.
- Have a good knowledge and experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
