Job Overview:
We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant for our Fairburn Office on a full-time basis (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday).

As this is a varied position, you will require a good level of experience using Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word with a high level of accuracy, excellent communication and organisational skills along with good time management and overall administrative skills.

**The post holder will be required to**:

- General Administrative Duties
- Answering and Forwarding Telephone Calls
- Maintaining and Updating Spreadsheets
- Keeping records of Staff Absence, Sickness and Update Staff Holiday Records
- Ordering stock, Uniforms etc
- Photocopying
- Ad-hoc office duties when required

**Skills and Requirements**
- PC literate with Microsoft packages: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communicative and organisational skills: Written and Verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team

Due to the remote location driving licence will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15,010.79-£28,961.43 per year
