**Purpose of the role**:
**Principle Accountabilities**:
- Responsible for assisting the Senior Associate in the effective management of cash collection across all the McLaren Race series,
- Working closely with the business partners & marketing leads to ensure cash collection is maximised and cash is allocated in a timely manner,
- Reconciliation of Aged receivables and assistance in the preparation of month end reporting,
- Completion of onboarding for new or existing customers,
- Support process improvements within the order to cash cycle,
- Assistance in raising sales invoices,
- Bank verifications,
- Ensure intercompany invoices are raised on a timely basis,
- Assist with the maintenance of the customer records within the ERP system,
- Reconciliation of aged debtors, taking note of income received from customers,
- Ad hoc duties as required

- Excel (moderate ability required),

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking. The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30 minute train ride.
