Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with various administrative tasks and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork completion.
- Maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting with payroll and benefits administration, including data entry and resolving employee inquiries.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as planning events and assisting with employee recognition programs.
- Assisting with HR policy and procedure updates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing general HR support and guidance.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience or internship in an HR role is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Strong ethics and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
