**The Position**

We're looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our People Team.

You'll be joining a small market focused UK team who support a product engineering organisation of 400+ team members (and growing) Your proactive approach will ensure that we're responsive, supportive and solutions
- focused and you'll contribute to implementing initiatives that look to improve the overall people experience.

If you are curious and can spot opportunities for improvements, enjoy working problems through to solutions and understand the importance of clear communication, then you'll thrive in this role.
- Partnering with our UK people leaders to provide support, information and coaching across the full people lifecycle.
- Working with the global benefits team on the implementation and ongoing management of our employee benefits redesign.
- Coaching leaders in building a culture of good employee relations and supporting resolution of any issues in a respectful, transparent way.
- Working with the team to optimise our people related data and provide useful insights for leaders.
- Collaborating with the wider U.S based people team on initiatives and partnering where it makes sense to be aligned.

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous demonstrable experience as a Generalist or HR advisor
- Experience in co-creating solutions with managers across the people lifecycle
- Use data and insights to inform improvements activity
- Is skilled at building collaborative relationships
- A curious thinker.
- Solutions focused, proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience of supporting employee relations case management activity.
- Experience with managing internal programmes such as internships and onboarding is desirable but not essential.

We operate a hybrid model for the majority of our roles, where team members come together at the hub as required.
