**Job Title**: Sales Executive

**Location**: London, N7 9DP

**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum + commission + Benefits listed below

**OTE**: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

**Summary of Role**

Based in our London office, the Sales Executive will support our customers across all interactions of the business including on-boarding, training, and handling queries. Looking after our customers is an important role which requires enthusiastic peoplewho are dedicated to delivering a great customer experience. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our nationwide online training business.

You will receive training and support with the potential to move into a more senior account management role. In addition, you will gain a broad exposure to a wide range of business activities related to sales, marketing, and business strategy.

**About You**

First and foremost, you are a people person, who is good at building relationships and flourishes when interacting with others. Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, you are a naturally positive individual who understands the importanceof listening to the client and then striving to meet or exceed their expectations. An aptitude and/or some experience in tele-sales would be a distinct advantage.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identifying potential leads
- Converting warm leads into customers
- Outbound cold calling targeted customers
- Onboarding of new customers, including training of staff
- Growing new customers
- Day-to-day support for 10+ clients
- Upselling services and meeting existing clients to help sustain course volumes and develop the business relationship into new areas
- Handling calls for general inbound sales enquires
- Liaise with the Account Manager planning social media content
- Chasing lapsed customers
- Daily use of the CRM system
- making sure that all information is captured correctly and updated
- Conducting client training sessions on the web portal
- Preparing monthly reports for the account manager
- Working closely with the customer support team to ensure that all customers queries are solved in a prompt and professional manner
- Ongoing relationship management with existing customers

**Knowledge and Experience**

Experience in a sales / customer service environment (eg B2B, retail or hospitality) desirable but not essential.
