We are looking for a part time **Receptionist and Administration Assistant** to join our Patient Services team at goPhysio in Chandlers Ford.

This is a busy, interesting and varied, customer facing role, where you are responsible for ensuring current and prospective goPhysio patients are managed with respect, care and the utmost attention to detail, in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Our Patient Services Team offer the first point of contact for all our patients and have a highly valuable part to play in optimising our patient’s experience. This front of house role will include answering patient enquiries, taking bookings, managing the diary and taking payments, answering enquires from patients and assisting our Clinicians in administrative duties.

In this varied and fulfilling position, you will be faced with a wide range of front desk, customer facing, administrative and general support duties.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Effectively managing the appointment diaries and optimising diary occupancy.
- Converting enquiries into bookings.
- Representing goPhysio in a calm, professional, friendly & knowledgeable way.
- Accommodating and assisting all clients from enquiry & booking through to discharge
through whatever means possible.
- Seeking ways to be efficient and always looking for improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate with maintaining an optimal physical presentation of the goPhysio clinic &
equipment.
- Completing all required administration in a timely & accurate manner.
- To utilise time and prioritise tasks effectively & efficiently in order to optimise
productivity.
- Taking payments and managing invoicing.
- Actively promoting goPhysio and the range of services we offer, including selling packages and other services to current patients where appropriate.
- Have an up to date understanding of all goPhysio services. (Full training will be given)
- Assisting the clinical team with administrative duties.
- Supporting the Practice Manager with other non-clinical tasks such as managing stock, accounts, marketing activities and sales.
- Maintaining a clean, hygienic and well-presented clinic environment, including communal cleaning duties.

**Skills and Qualifications**

For this position, we are seeking someone with:

- Reception / Customer services experience
- IT skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to quickly learn new IT systems and programs (diary management, project management)
- Genuine interest in health and wellbeing sector
- Fluent written and verbal English
- Right to work in UK (no sponsorship available)

**Hours**
- This is a permanent, employed position
- This is a part time position, minimum of 16 hours week (exact hours TBC but will be 4 or 6 hour shifts, that will be a combination of the following work patterns 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 8pm, 8am - 12pm, 12pm - 4pm).
- This position will include additional overtime hours to cover annual leave and absence of the other Patient Services Team members, sometimes at short notice, so a degree of flexibility and ability to cover evenings is essential.

**Salary**
Starting salary £12/hour
