**Employee Relations Advisor**
This is an excellent opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing global organisation on a full-time permanent basis. As an experienced Employee Relations Advisor, you will advise on employee relations matters including performance management, absence management,and employee wellbeing.
**Employee Relations Advisor Responsibilities**
- Supporting with Employee Relations cases, ensuring employees are managed effectively and cases are facilitated in an assertive yet sensitive manner at all times
- Managing flexible working and sabbatical requests and providing guidance and coaching to managers as required
- Supporting with the management of the annual bonus scheme payments and annual reward review
- Ad-hoc project work as may be required by the business

**Employee Relations Advisor Experience**
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified (or equivalent), or part qualified with a keen interest in your own continuous professional development.You will have a solid Employee Relations specialist background including experience handling sensitive employee relationscases and the ability to provide consistent advice and guidance to managers on a variety of employment issues. You will possess exceptional relationship management and communication skills to partner with the business to build strong internal and externalworking relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You must have current and relevant working knowledge of UK employment legislations. You must be an ER specialist rather than a generalist HR professional as this is a pure ER role.
**Employee Relations Advisor Location**
OX14, near Abingdon. Currently, you will be required to be in the office on average 1 day a fortnight, but this is workload dependant. Flexible working hours. Full-Time 35 hours per week. Up to £42,000 depending on experience.
