Connells Countrywide have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, logically minded individual to join their Business Platforms team based at our Lettings Support Centre in Nottingham.

As Assistant Business Platforms Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our branch network and property management teams through helping to maintain and develop our business platform, PropCo. As an entry-level role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills within a supportive, collaborative environment.

This role will involve working with the business to resolve reported issues experienced by the users, whilst also working with the rest of the business platform team to identify, plan and make changes to the system to implement new processes, legislation and efficiencies for this business.

You’ll get to know our business and the teams in branches and property management very well and will be their initial point of contact for anything to do with the system. If you are a confident communicator, detail oriented and organised individual who enjoys investigating and problem solving, this could be an excellent career move for you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing, triaging and resolving support requests made by the business
- Scoping and building system reports
- System housekeeping and analysis of ongoing performance
- Maintaining and updating live documents and letters within the system based on requests and advice from business stakeholders
- Assisting the team in the scoping, planning and building of enhancements to the system, particularly related to system workflows
- Working with business stakeholders in the development of time sensitive regulatory change projects
- Aiding in the deployment and management of process pilots and new system developments
- Conducting privacy and erasure requests in conjunction with the Group Privacy team

**The Person**:

- A sound understanding of the principles of Customer Service
- Solid investigative and problem solving skills
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- A general understanding of:

- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS Visio
- A good level of grammar and spelling.
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
