We have full and part time positions available, on a zero hour contract, at the hourly rate of £11.55, plus generous service charge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together, alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
- Make long-lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests - especially the littlest ones
- Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understand allergens to keep our guests safe.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas: adhering to health and safety regulations.

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism at all times.
