We are currently recruiting for a **Childcare Assistant** to join the team at **New Park Manor** - Part of Luxury Family Hotels.
We are looking for someone who can work Full Time, 40 hours per week, over 5 shifts. Rate of pay is £11.00 Per Hour plus a generous service charge

**Role**

At each of our properties we have a dedicated creche - The Den. The age ranges up to 8 years old and is available for all guests staying at the hotel for 90 mins free complimentary time per day for their child to explore and engage with the Den team It is about creating special memories for the children to cherish and allow the adults to have some time just to be them

As **Childcare Assistant** your core purpose will be:

- **Delivering an exciting activity programme**: You will create, prepare, organise and deliver a fun, safe and stimulating activity programme for the children in your care, tailored to their age and interests.
- **Make long lasting unique memories**: Through interactive play and creative activities you will work together as a team to make long lasting unique memories for our smallest guests.
- **Ensure a safe and welcoming play environment**: You will ensure a safe and welcoming play environment is created for all of the children in our care and ensure that their needs are met throughout the session. You will be expected to interact confidently with the parents and guardians and ensure any requests made are adhered to.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience working within a similar childcare setting within a day nursery.
- Accredited childcare/playwork qualification Level 2 or 3 is essential
- Creativity and passion for childcare is essential.
- Paediatric First aid qualification is desirable but not essential
