- Excellent knowledge of food & beverage service standards at 2 - 3 rosettes minimum. Minimum of 4 years.
- Previous experience running or helping to run a large sized and fast paced establishment is also critical
- Display clear abilities to set, lead and help manage the overall standards of both Restaurants, Cocktail Bar, Al-Fresco Terrace, Lounge and Afternoon Tea offering.
- Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails and the local area is very desirable
- Help Manage a team of 30-40 staff; rotas, training manuals and general HR processes
- Acting alongside our Food and Beverage Manager and other beverage HODs and senior management team & reporting to the F&B Manager, Hotel Ops Manager and GM
- You will work on a rota basis which includes weekends & evenings (5 days from 7)
- Smart appearance is essential
