**Job Purpose**:
To develop, implement and maintain the processes and procedures of the Council’s Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of all projects aligned to the strategic priorities and key objectives within the Council’s Strategic Plan and the East Ayrshire Community Plan and, in doing so developing, implementing and maintaining effective and efficient compliance and performance reporting systems.

This is a permanent full time post. The admin base for this post is Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock.

Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4pm Friday

Annual salary £43,553 - £47,629

The workstyle for this post is ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.
