**Facilities Coordinator**

Location: Cambridge

Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) potential additionally remunerated on call rota

**The Role**

This role will be responsible for all office and production Facilities for the Cambridge Water region. The Facilities team ensures all building facilities are in good condition and fit for purpose and that regulatory and legal compliance requirements are met.
- Ensure all facilities are secure and in a good state of repair.
- Maintain legal compliance obligations and arrange remedial works.
- Manage control of systems including door access, fire systems, HVAC, UPS etc
- Oversee the maintenance building servicing programmes.
- Manage and ensure our facilities management supply chain is fit for purpose.
- Arrange and manage contractors to carry out refurbishment, maintenance work and site surveys.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with company safety policies and procedures for RAMS and permits to work.

**What You'll Need**:

- Full driving license
- Education up to GCSE grade C/Level 4 equivalent or above
- Experience of working in a busy Facilities department or similar
- IOSH in Managing Safely
- National Water Hygiene (desirable)
- NEBOSH training (desirable but not essential)
- Fire Marshal trained (desirable but not essential)
- First Aid trained (desirable but not essential)
