**About The Role**:

**Working Pattern -** Hybrid - 2 days per week in either the Vitality Bournemouth or London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week. This is a 6 months fixed term contract.

**What this role is all about**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Content Designer to join our team in the Member Active Engagement experience. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing customer experiences through the curation and optimisation of product and partner content. As a digital-first business, we are keen to have someone who is entrepreneurial in spirit and has innovative thinking. The Junior Content Designer will significantly impact how customers perceive and interact with products and partner reward offerings.

**Key Actions**
- Research, create and edit specific copy for our digital member experience
- Select the relevant images and videos to effectively engage members
- Ensure that the content aligns with Vitality’s editing and tone of voice and resonates with the target audience
- Take responsibility for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and relevance of the curated content
- Implement and follow rigorous quality control measures to maintain high content standards
- Familiar with utilising Sitecore (CMS) content management systems to update, amend and store content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with Vitality member engagement objectives and strategies
- Actively contribute to a creative and results-driven work environment
- Demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to convey ideas effectively
- Collaborate with team members to enhance content and customer experience
- Initiate and drive continuous improvement in the content creation and enhancement processes
- Take ownership of tasks and work independently to meet deadlines

**Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role**:

- Content editing or curation experience and understanding
- Outstanding communication skills, including excellent written English
- Strong proven editing skills and content design
- Experience of managing and producing content calendars of work and delivering against them
- Able to take complex information and distil it, making it relevant to a target audience
- Knowledge and understanding of content across multiple channels, web, social, app
