Junior Digital Experience Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Digital Experience Designer to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract You will develop your existing skills by working with the Brand Design and UX team on a range of engaging brand and marketing assets and solutions.

Although we support Hybrid working it would be necessary for you to be in the offices 5 days per week initially.

**About you**:

- Experience and skills across design and UX software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.
- An understanding of user centred design (UCD) and user experience methodologies as well as a good foundational understanding of design principles and frameworks.
- Innovative and creative thinker with good organisational skills to support the rest of the team, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication (technical and non-technical) and relationship skills with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and in a virtual team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A determination to achieve and succeed.
- Some creative industry experience (not essential).
- Experience in working as part of a design team (not essential).
- The ability to see projects through from inception to production.
- Consistency regardless of project size.
- The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.
- The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.

**Details**:

- Effective collaboration and communication with key stakeholders and the wider brand and comms team providing brand assets on time and on brand.
- Supporting the Brand design and UX team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
- To follow brand guidelines and process to deliver on brand creatives utilising our DSM.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and customer focus in conjunction with a clear passion for user-driven design.
- Liaise with Brand Marketing and comms teams and 3rd party suppliers as required; ensuring brand consistency and best-practice standards are delivered.
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback.
- Familiar with UX principles and best practices to support the wider business in the delivery of continuous improvements.
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
