**Job Vehicle Painter Sprayer/Prepper**

**Location: Slough**

**Salary Circa £40,000, plus additional bonus
- depending on experience and skills**

**Hours: Flexible working hours - Mon-Wed (4 weeks on) - Thur-Sat (4 weeks on) 12.5 hours per day (37.5 per week)**

Our client is a privately owned business which has significantly grown with 700 employees over multiple sites and work with global brand. They are now looking for a Paint-Prep Technician to carry out all Bodyshop work in an efficient and safe manner, to meet the business requirements and maximise workshop utilisation and productivity.

**Key responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities as a Paint and Prep Technician will be:
To accurately undertake the preparation and repainting of motor vehicles

Fulfil all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction

Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair

Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines

Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures

Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs

Attend specialised training as required

Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date

**About You**

As a Paint and Prep Technician, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
Excellent attention to detail

Strong experience in car preparation and painting

Experience within the accident repair and Bodyshop industry

Experienced Smart Repairers will be considered
