- Hours: Flexible working hours - Mon-Wed (4 weeks on) - Thur-Sat (4 weeks on) 12.5 hours per day (37.5 per week)

Our client is a privately owned business that has significantly grown with 700 employees over multiple sites and working with global brands. They are now looking for a Paint-Prep Technician to carry out all Bodyshop work in an efficient and safe manner, to meet the business requirements and maximize workshop utilization and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Your key responsibilities as a Paint and Prep Technician will be**:

- To accurately undertake the preparation and repainting of motor vehicles
- Fulfil all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction
- Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with the retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines
- Carry out all repairs according to best practice procedures
- Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment accurately for all paint repairs
- Attend specialised training as required
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure product and service knowledge is up to date

**About You**:
As a Paint and Prep Technician, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong experience in car preparation and painting
- Experience within the accident repair and Bodyshop industry
- Experienced Smart Repairers will be considered
