Vehicle Painter

**Position**:Vehicle Painter Sprayer/Prepper

**Location**:Slough

**Salary**: £40,000 + £6,000 bonus

**Hours**:Flexible (Mon-Wed, 4 weeks on; Thur-Sat, 4 weeks on; 12.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week)

Join our client's growing team as a Paint-Prep Technician in a privately owned business. You'll be responsible for efficient and safe Bodyshop work, meeting business requirements, and maximizing productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurate preparation and repainting of motor vehicles.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying additional faults for repair.
- Complying with safety guidelines and industry standards.
- Ongoing training and development to stay updated.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in car preparation and painting.
- Background in accident repair and the Bodyshop industry.
- Smart Repairers considered.
