**Salary**:£27,481 per annum, SCP 28 (plus on-call)

For this role, you don’t necessarily need a Technical/IT background, however;

**You must have proven experience of**:

- Experience dealing with projects.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to operate within tight deadlines.
- An ability to build strong working relationships and a proactive attitude to drive future developments.
- Good communication skills, especially when explaining technical matters to non-technical-minded people.
- Ability to work as part of a team and occasionally assist other team members with their roles.

**It also helps if you have**:

- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Tessitura.
- Knowledge of SQL and SSRS.
- Full UK driving license and access to own transport.

**About the role of ICT Projects & Integrations Lead at Sage Gateshead**

Looking to be the key person for our IT projects and integrations? In this role, you're essential to ensuring our systems fit smoothly with our daily operations. Your job is to make sure every project is on track - delivered on time, just right, and within budget. On top of that, you’ll work on connecting our new and existing systems. Your goal? Ensuring our systems aren’t just functional but are also in line with our business needs.

The perfect person for this job knows their systems inside out and is excellent at communicating. You’ll be the link between our IT team and everyone else, making technical stuff easy to understand and ensuring everyone’s on the same page.

Things can shift around in this role, so being adaptable is key. You should be ready to think on your feet and handle challenges with a positive attitude.

Given how important this role is, there might be times you'll need to work outside regular hours. It comes with the territory, but it's definitely worth it. We trust and value whoever steps into this role

**Your responsibilities**:
**Information System Projects**:

- Collaborate with Tessitura to optimise and enhance the CRM system to elevate the overall customer experience and streamline staff workloads.
- Engage with a managed service provider to oversee various projects, focusing on efficient delivery and successful outcomes.
- Team up with the building services department to drive cross-departmental initiatives, fostering effective communication and coordination to achieve project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process simplification within the organisation by leveraging internal software solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce complexities.
- Analyse and assess current CRM functionalities and processes, proposing innovative strategies to fine-tune and customise the system for optimal customer relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Tessitura and the managed service provider, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables, leveraging the expertise of different departments to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented CRM enhancements and internal software solutions, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to meet organisational objectives.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
