We are now looking for a Project Specialist (Permanent Role) to join our in Bridgend, Wales.

Main duties:

- Ensure the one-time delivery of Project Set-Up activities including but not limited to:

- Creation of Projects in the ERP system for multiple sites.
- Creation of Item Numbers and linking of Item Numbers for inter-company projects.
- Creation of Bill of Materials in the ERP.
- Issuing of Works Orders in ERP and associated documentation.
- Maintenance of PSU ERP functions.
- Setting up and maintaining Product Specification Files and / or Project Files.
- Preparation and maintenance of study documentation, (for example: Raw Material Specifications, Master Packing Records)
- Support project specific and production queries.
- Work closely with Project Managers, QPs and other Operational departments.
- Work towards achievement of personal development goals.
- Where required, undertake tasks and projects outside the job holder’s area of responsibility.
