**Temporary Customer Service Advisor**
**Littlehampton**
**Ongoing Temporary Role with the potential of permanent or FTC**
**£10.23 per hour**
**Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm**

We are urgently seeking several customer service advisors for our client based in Littlehampton to assist them over their upcoming busy period. Our client is one of the UK’s most respected companies in their field and the outstanding service they provide,sees them with Clients who have been with them for 35 years. Full training on company systems and duties will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Experience of telephone/office based Customer Service is preferred
- Sort and process incoming documentation to create and complete client orders
Process sample orders
- Track missing parcels as needed, and manage returns / collections
- Maintain client confidentiality, and ensure that all services are provided in accordance with current legislation and Company process and policy
- Experience of working within the NHS, healthcare or social care sectors would be an advantage, however this is not essential.

**Qualities you will possess**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- High volume call centre experience preferred
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good Admin & Data Entry Skills
- Clear and concise communicator with effective questioning skills and active listening skills
- The ability to communicate to customers across a variety of platforms
- Passion and desire for providing exceptional customer service and going the "extra mile"
