**Despatch Coordinator (Temporary)**

**Main duties include**:

- Check the daily order book and prioritise workload according to the orders for the day
- Leiase with the customer services team of any issues relating to shipment.
- Support with paperwork and processing
- Ensuring that as soon as packing & collation sheets are received that the despatch and invoice paperwork is raised
- Chase any shipments that have not been collected
- Book external transportation
- Adhere to QHSE and other company policies and procedures
- Support the needs of the business by undertaking any task as requested by management provided the task is within your capability and appropriate training is provided

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications required**
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office; Word, Excel etc.(Essential)
- Highly numerate, with the ability to input large amounts of data quickly and accurately. (Essential)
- Experience working in logistics/despatch (Essential)
- Highly organised with an ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload to meet deadlines and targets. (Essential)
- Experience of SAP systems.
- Experience in raising/processing invoices.
- The job holder is expected to be able to work in a manufacturing environment,

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fort Road, BN17 7QU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics/Despatch: 1 year (preferred)

- United Kingdom (required)
