Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Handling administrative tasks to support the logistics and supply chain operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Raising/processing invoices
- Resolving any logistic issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Previous experience supporting a logistics/dispatch team
- Proficiency in the use of business support systems and software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
