Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling administrative tasks to support the logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Raising/processing invoices
  • Resolving any logistic issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience supporting a logistics/dispatch team
  • Proficiency in the use of business support systems and software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
